FAQ

The Members Club is composed of Selina shareholders (NASDAQ: SLNA) and customers. Members Club participants are issued benefits based on their shareholder and customer loyalty.
We verify your Selina shares in US-based brokerage accounts. Once you have successfully verified your Selina shares, you will receive an email with your Members Club tier. Members Club participants are eligible for benefits based on three tiers: Blue, Pink and Eclipse.
To get started, go to selina.roundtable.xyz and click the "Connect Brokerage" to connect your US brokerage account. Once your account is verified, you will receive an email confirming your benefits and how to redeem them.
Once your account is verified and eligible for benefits, you’ll receive them within 1-4 business days. Benefits are issued based on shareholder and customer loyalty. Note: Selina shareholders must hold their shares for a minimum of 90 days to qualify for Members Club benefits. If you’re still having issues, send an email at support@stakeholderlabs.com.

While many US brokerages are eligible for verification through Plaid, a third party financial service app, Cash App, Public.com, and Webull are not currently supported. If you don’t see your brokerage and would like to verify manually, please visit our Help Center or contact us at support@stakeholderlabs.com.

All shareholders qualified for the program are eligible for exclusive accommodation discounts. To redeem this discount, please ensure you are logged into your Selina account using the same email registered in the program. Your discount will be applied automatically after searching availability.
Shareholders with an appropriate tier and shares holding period are eligible for a complimentary breakfast. To redeem this benefit, please ensure you are logged into your Selina account using the same email registered in the program and proceed to make a booking. If a chosen location offers free breakfast, it will be included in your booking. No charges for breakfast will be applied. Complimentary breakfast is available both via booking online and for ordering at the location.
Shareholders with the appropriate tier and shares holding period are eligible for a complimentary room upgrade to the next room category, subject to availability. When you arrive at the destination, please present your shareholder card to our Front Desk Staff at check-in, and they will confirm whether they have been able to extend a complimentary room upgrade. The destination will do its best to extend this benefit whenever availability permits. Note: free room upgrade from dorms to the next room category is not available. The benefit applies to one room per booking. The shareholder must be a guest.
Upon check-out, all shareholders qualified for the program will automatically receive up to 3x more Luna Points. To check your balance, visit the Luna Membership Page in your Account.
Shareholders with an appropriate tier and shares holding period are eligible for a hot seat in the cowork, subject to availability. To redeem this benefit, please present your shareholder card to the Front Desk or Cowork Team anytime throughout your stay during operating hours. Please note: additional cowork services are not part of the shareholder benefit, and corresponding fees may apply.
Shareholders with an appropriate tier and shares holding period are eligible for late check-out, subject to room availability. To redeem this benefit, please present your shareholder card upon check-in along with your desired check-out time. Our Front Desk staff will gladly accommodate this request, subject to availability.
Shareholders with an appropriate tier and shares holding period are eligible for a 10% discount on all Food & Beverage outlets fully operated by Selina. To redeem your discount, please present your shareholder card to the team before you place your order, and your discount will be applied to your bill. Please note: We recommend confirming whether or not this benefit is valid at your specific destination, as not all outlets are operated by Selina.

All shareholders qualified for the program are eligible for a special branded physical card. Cards will be sent 30 days after the 90 day holding period to the confirmed physical address.
To get your digital card, you need to install Selina App and log in using the same email registered in the program. The card will be presented under the profile tab.

By signing up for the Shareholder Rewards Program, you are automatically enrolled and agree to receive this communication. After enrolling in the Shareholder Rewards Program, an activation email will be sent to the address provided. You must click the activation link to complete your subscription. If you want to opt out of email alerts, you can unsubscribe at any time.
If you need to cancel your booking, please sign in to your account and go to 'My Trips,' where you can cancel your booking. If your booking is made with Luna Loyalty Points, and you need to cancel it, please send an email with your Booking ID and your exact request to shareholdermembers@selina.com. If you need assistance with booking modification, please send an email with your Booking ID and your exact request to shareholdermembers@selina.com. Please note: You must provide your Booking ID to receive support from our dedicated shareholder member representatives.
Each and every time you stay with us you earn Selina Luna Loyalty Points. These can be viewed and redeemed in our app or on selina.com. Once you have enough points, you can use them to purchase a free night on your next stay when booked via our app or selina.com.
Yes! When you have enough points to redeem a full night’s stay at one of Selina’s locations, you will be able to use your points as payment method. Please note however, that the shareholder accommodation discounts and complimentary breakfast are not applicable when using points.
No. Selina Colive is a standalone program with selected benefits. Shareholders benefits are not applied on top.
